Longstreet Palms

Rows of tall, skinny Mexican Fan Palms are everywhere in L.A. — but this one is distinctive. At present located on the grounds of Orthopaedic Healthcare facility close to Adams and the one hundred ten, it is really the city’s oldest, courting to 1870 when it lined the path to a mansion owned by a Charles Longstreet. Close by, at the gateway to Exposition Park, is the city’s oldest personal tree.
