Penis Skin Discoloration – Four Possible Causes

Regardless of the attention that men give to the condition of their skin in general, the penis is almost always a cause for concern; the average man could draw a map of his package with his eyes closed. As a result, it is not surprising that the appearance of anything unusual – from dryness to bumps to red spots or acne – can turn into a source for anxiety. While a discolored penis is generally nothing to worry about, there are a variety of issues that can change the appearance of the penis skin. Understanding the possible causes of penile discoloration can ease men’s worry about minor variations in pigmentation and to know when they should seek medical attention for their penis health. Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation It is not uncommon for men, especially those with darker skin, to have some variations in coloration; in fact, for men of all races, it is normal for the penis to be a slightly different color than the skin on the rest of the body. When darker skin seems to appear suddenly or over a short period of time, it is natural for men to worry. One possible explanation for the occurrence of darker skin is a condition known as post inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), which is simply an over-production of melanin in the affected area. This condition typically follows an injury to the...

Is It Safe to Use Scratched Stainless Steel Cookware?

Stainless steel cookware is considered a good choice of cookware for the kitchen. It is the most popular cookware in North America. SNIP/TUCK: Circumcision in the Philippines

In our country, circumcision is not done solely for medical purposes. Circumcision has been a part of our cultural norm; that every boy in his puberty years is expected to undergo. Pretty strange? Not so in our country. You see, circumcision has been a ritual, a rite of passage if you may, that boys have to go through during the said life stage. It is a cultural belief in the Philippines that the transition from boy to manhood is not thoroughly fulfilled without circumcision. Failure to undergo this traditional Filipino custom will most likely result to mockery and ridicule from peers and relatives. Those who are not yet circumcised will be called supot (intact prepuce) and will be looked down by those who are done with the procedure. If one reaches high school uncircumcised, he will be considered weird and abnormal. Those that reach the early adult years uncircumcised are considered “old” for the procedure. If one does not have a deep understanding and knowledge of the Filipino culture, this would be considered a low form of bullying. CIRCUMCISION SEASON In the Philippines, there is a so-called circumcision season and these are the months of April-May, or the summer months. These months are when the kids are on a school break; so, after the circumcision, the kids can rest at home without having to miss school during the healing...

Critical Thinking: Does The "MeToo" Movement Show How ‘Privileged’ Women Are?

Shortly after the allegations were made about Harvey Weinstein, the “#MeToo” hashatag went viral on social media. This gave people the chance to speak out about the sexual assault and harassment that they had experienced in the workplace. In The Beginning It has been said that the original purpose of this hashatag was, “to empower women through empathy, especially the experiences of young and vulnerable brown or black women”, and the person behind this was, Tarana Burke. After this, Alyssa Milano offered her support for this phrase, with her encouraging people to use it if they had experienced sexual harassment and assault. This was also seen as a way to find out how widespread this is in today’s world. However, as more and more people from all over the world began to use this phrase, its meaning gradually changed. A Watershed Moment But with that aside, what is clear is that this hashtag has given so many people a voice, a vice that they clearly haven’t had before. And when someone’s being has been violated by another human being, this is exactly what they need. Their sense of safety and security will have been shattered, and it is then going to be vital for them to be heard. This can then allow them to feel acknowledged and validated, and something can then be done about what has taken place....

Kaiser Wilhelm II

Wilhelm’s dad became Kaiser Frederick III of Germany in March 1888. By now sick with terminal throat cancer, he died after a reign of just a couple of months. Wilhelm succeeded the father of his on June fifteen, 1888, at the age of twenty nine. Within 2 years of the coronation of his, Wilhelm broke with Otto von Bismarck (1815 98), the Iron Chancellor that had dominated German politics since the 1860s. The kaiser embarked on the so-called New Course of his, a period of individual principle in that he appointed chancellors that were upper level civil servants rather compared to statesmen. Bismarck bitterly predicted that Wilhelm will direct Germany to ruin. Wilhelm damaged the political position of his in a variety of ways. He meddled in German foreign policy on the foundation of the emotions of his, resulting in inconsistency and incoherence in German relations with many other nations. Also, he produced a selection of public blunders, probably the worst of that had been The Daily Telegraph affair of 1908. Wilhelm gave an interview to the London based newspaper in that he offended the British by stating such factors as: You English are actually mad, mad, mad as March hares. The kaiser had actually been hurt politically in 1907 by the Eulenburg Harden affair, in what participants of the circle of his of friends had been accused of...
